When you run a scan, we process publicly accessible website content and technical information needed to produce the report. We may also collect basic usage, device, security, and diagnostic information to operate and improve the service.

We use information to provide and secure AIA Matrix, authenticate accounts, run analyses, generate reports and exports, manage subscriptions, send requested service notices, provide support, and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use private account data to make decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, or other eligibility matters.

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, AI-assisted analysis, and payment processing. They receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

Payments are processed by Stripe. AIA Matrix does not store complete payment-card numbers.

We retain account and report information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may request deletion of your account information, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or billing purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also opt out of non-essential communications. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
