Terms of Service

You may use AIA Matrix only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You must provide accurate account information and keep your account access secure.

You may scan websites you own, manage, or are otherwise authorized to analyze, as well as publicly accessible pages when your use is lawful. You may not use the service to disrupt systems, evade access controls, collect restricted data, or infringe the rights of others.

AIA Matrix reports are informational tools. Scores, recommendations, competitor references, and AI-generated observations may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you act on them.

AIA Matrix does not guarantee search rankings, inclusion in AI-generated answers, citations, revenue, traffic, or any particular business result. The service does not provide legal, financial, security, or accessibility certification advice.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown during checkout until canceled. Charges, included usage, domain allowances, and applicable prorations are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You may manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable. We may correct billing errors and provide refunds when required by law or expressly approved by us.

You retain rights in content you submit or make available for analysis. You grant us permission to process that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

AIA Matrix, its software, design, documentation, scoring presentation, and branding are owned by Polygons Media LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the service. We aim to provide reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Polygons Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
